Shipping & Pickup

Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available Fridays only from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. This email will include the pickup location and instructions. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation, as your order might not be ready.

Pickup Requirements

Pickup orders must be collected during the designated Friday window. Orders not collected during that window will be canceled, and store credit will be issued.

Due to limited storage and order volume, we cannot offer extended holds or alternate pickup days.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their email and collecting their orders during the designated pickup window. Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds or policy exceptions.

U.S. Shipping

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated in the product description. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear. UPS Ground delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 business days, although carrier delays may occur.

Incorrect Addresses and Missing Packages

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Alternatively, store credit may be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact UPS directly.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Body butter can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures. Although we package orders carefully, melting during transit may be unavoidable.

During extreme temperatures, we may cancel an order to prevent product damage. Customers in warmer regions should consider local temperatures before ordering and have packages delivered to a cool, indoor location whenever possible.

Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for products that melt during transit. Melted body butter remains usable and will solidify at a stable room temperature, although its original whipped texture may change.

International shipping is not currently available.
