Upon purchasing from www.bklynbody.com I agree to all of these terms and conditions.

• I understand that all sales of Brooklyn Body Butter products are final.

• I understand that due to the nature of Brooklyn Body Butter products refunds and exchanges are not issued.

• I understand there are no refunds or exchanges if I am not satisfied with the scent.

• I understand that once an order is submitted changes cannot be made.

• I understand all processing and shipping policies including the processing window of five to seven business days.

• I understand that Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks my order as delivered. Any delivery disputes must be filed directly with the carrier.

• I understand that damaged products must be reported within forty eight hours of receiving my package. Claims submitted outside of this window cannot be honored.

• I understand that Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for products that melt in transit. Melted products are still safe to use and will re solidify at room temperature. The texture may change but the product benefits remain the same.

• I understand that if I live in a Southern region or an area experiencing extreme heat Brooklyn Body Butter may cancel my order to protect product integrity. If the temperatures in my area exceed eighty one degrees my order is placed at my own risk. By acknowledging these terms I understand that melted body butters will not be replaced.

• I understand that by placing an order I have read and agreed to all policies regarding processing time shipping terms returns fragrance preference and product handling.
