Shipping/Pick-Up Policy

Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available Fridays only, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a pickup confirmation email with Friday pickup instructions. Orders will not be available prior to receiving this notification.

Pickup Timeframe

All pickup orders must be collected during the designated Friday pickup window.

Orders not picked up during this timeframe will be cancelled and issued store credit. Due to limited storage space and operational volume, we do not offer extended holds or alternate pickup days.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor order and pickup emails

  • Plan accordingly to retrieve their order during the Friday pickup window

  • Arrive within the designated pickup timeframe

Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for refunds or policy exceptions.

Pickup location details will be provided only in the pickup confirmation email.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped via UPS Ground. Items will ship within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping & Tracking:
Tracking information will be sent within 5–7 business days after your order is placed. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. While we aim to deliver your package promptly, please be aware that UPS may experience delays beyond Brooklyn Body Butter’s control, which may result in receiving your package 2–5 business days after tracking information is provided.

Responsibility & Returns:
Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee, or a store credit will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.

Summer Months & Temperature Concerns:
During extreme summer temperatures, orders may be canceled to prevent product damage. While we package our products carefully to minimize melting, in some areas it may be unavoidable. Customers in warmer southern regions are encouraged to consider local temperatures before placing an order.

Product Melting:
Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for products that melt during transit. Melted products remain safe for use and will solidify once they reach a stable room temperature. While the texture may change and no longer be whipped, the body butter will still provide the same great benefits.

International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
